Flip Finder is a research tool. It compares recorded offers and estimates what a resale might return. It does not buy, sell, authenticate or guarantee anything.
What the service does
Flip Finder helps adults compare recorded offers and product details, monitor products and categories, track observed prices and estimate a possible resale margin. It does not buy, sell, authenticate or guarantee items. Every marketplace and retailer listed is an independent service and is not affiliated with Flip Finder.
Evidence and estimates
References you provide are labelled user-reported. Automated feeds are available only where a connection is live, which the Connections page shows at all times. An estimate is only as good as what went into it. It is not a guaranteed sale price and not a guaranteed profit.
Your responsibilities
Check the item, the seller, the condition, the authenticity, the shipping and the marketplace rules before you buy. Import only information you are entitled to use. Do not use the service to infringe anyone’s rights, to reach another person’s research, or to work around a marketplace’s access controls.
Subscriptions
When it opens, Pro costs €9.99 a month and renews monthly through Stripe. Check the amount and any tax shown in checkout before you pay. Cancel future renewals from your account page; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. A free account can start 10 new monitors per UTC calendar month, and deleting one does not give the allowance back. Monitors you already have keep running either way. Pro does not count new monitors. Ordinary request-rate limits protect availability for everyone. Registering for the free workbench creates no subscription.
Cancellation and consumer rights
For a billing mistake, a withdrawal request or a refund, write to help@saikobit.com. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you, including withdrawal rights where they exist, are not excluded by these terms.
Availability and liability
Listings disappear, source access changes and estimates can be wrong. We may pause a connection that is unavailable and show its status. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
